3rd party developers consider and concentrate on form and functionality,
MS is more concerned with emoji and click n swipe happiness!
What gets my goat is, MS knows damn well that Windows is capable of miracles, but no, they've got their own vision!
For instance..., why code this into the OS when a tap of the finger or a mouse click will dismiss it anyway!?!?!?

If they install too many good programs as standard then it reduces the need for the app store. They want people to buy things from the app store I think.

OMG, that thing should be classed as malware. I installed it and it deleted all the names of the drives and the folders in explorer. All of the items in the folders were highlighted in white. Luckily it uninstalled easily but I went in to regedit and deleted everything related to it that was left behind. It worked, sort of, but is ugly and full of bugs.

That is true! I don't like the app versions of some programs - they just don't work as well. Many apps don't work at all!

Not sure!
There's a number of things that could've happened!
1. There's a couple bad forks of QTTabBar floating around in cyberspace that are completely messed up! Maybe he grabbed one of those!
2. The latest real Beta does not play nicely with the new W11 Explorer!
I still run version 1038
