I don't worry about forum stuff, hard facts Mike, an Alienware machine is no different from any other it's what's inside and how it is set upset at the time I got this one I selected top of the range everything to last a few years and when benchmarked it comes out on top, one of the advantages of working above a computer manufacturer and repairer

Ok, but chances are my ssd m.2 drives are faster, my GPU is overclocked and faster, and I know my cpu is faster ....so I know no Alienware is faster than my custom built rig ...period. :)

Mine is plenty fast enough for me, however, I doubt if there sis much difference as mine is all hand picked custom parts just assembled by alienware also my Nvme drives are way faster than m.2 Anyway Mike I think enough on this subject

At the time it seemed a good idea to have 2 x 2TB but I think 1x 512GB and a 2TB would have been more than enough
My other machine is dual boot with Win11 pro and win 11 pro dev channel that is only one SSD of 512GB and even with everything on it there is more than enough free space

I got the original Half-life, re-modded it to HD and then got all the mods and re-modded them I have done over 200 now, some are good long ones some are short and poor but I like it
