Hi Rod I get up every morning at 4:30 I have done that for years I just wake up get up with my dog feed him then take him for a walk then I come back for coffee about 3 cups and some news.I am wide awake for the day :):coffee::coffee::coffee:

Now I took early retirement from work, I get up at 5-5.30 feed the foxes and go back to bed for a couple of hours. Due to the health issues I have I get very tired, hopefully that will soon be cured.

Several years back I was getting tired easy :I had open heart surgery 5 by-passes Then about a month later I was my old self again :)

The other thing is I have an ulcerative stomach and bowel, no cure, just controlling it with these bi-monthly infusions. In lockdown I was over prescribed steroids and ended up with low cortisol, low sodium, kidney probs, eye trouble, heart trouble and more but all is ok now or being sorted and doctor said I am in pretty good shape (relief)
