Cannot Login to 11Forum Again

First, sorry for posting here as I cannot access 11Forum.
The issue starts as -




If I enter my password, it then says that you have sent me me an email for verification which NEVER arrives -




I'm watching this thread and can receive email alerts

if it indeed is fixed, i think you'd better take your email adress out of the two screenshots or remove the screenshots completely.
Otherwise you might get a lot of spam!

It happens because your ISP has either bounced the email or you marked a site email as spam. Your email address is then automatically added to the suppression list, and all your emails bounce back to us, and the system disables your account.

I've removed your email from the suppression list and reset your account status to valid.

How do I set my mail account to stop this happening?

Your ISP is still bouncing your email from us, so I've added a rule to the bounces inbox to delete any incoming mail with your address. This should stop the system from seeing the bounce and locking your account.

I've also switched off email notifications on your account. If you need them, the only solution is to use a different email address.
